Redesignated 10 April 1950 as the 102d Quartermaster Bakery Company, Mobile.

Inactivated 3 December 1954 in France.

Redesignated 18 April 1967 as the 102d Quartermaster Company.

Activated 25 September 1967 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
